"The Greatest Day Ever"

Yesterday, three of my best friends and I went exploring some of the most amazing places in the 031. Named "The Greatest Day Ever" by my friend Jen, it truly lived up to its somewhat hefty title.

Beginning at one of my favourite places ever, Churchill's, TGDE (The Greatest Day Ever) was off to a brilliant start.

Our sunny spot.

We then walked along the pretty Gordon Road, til we got to Florida Road. Once Wakaberry was in sight, there was no holding us back. Let me tell you - it did NOT disappoint.

Ending the day off at The Botanical Gardens, it really was one for books.

The best eclipses don't involve Edward, Bella or Jacob.

Tonight, people all over went slightly eclipse mad. For once, it had absolutely nothing to do with Twilight - and I, too, could join in on the festivities.
It truly was a spectacular sight, revealing yet another glory of creation . True beauty.

Excitement builds.

Blood moon. Is there anything cooler?

Almost gone...

Wakaberry hits Durbs

For years I have jealously watched people gorging themselves at frozen yoghurt bars on television. Sighing to myself, I would think, "Aw. I wish Durban had one...But that will never happen .<cue more sighing>".

Well, dear people, that day has arrived! Since May, a frozen yoghurt bar that goes by the name of Wakaberry has graced our Durban streets. We are now able to join the millions that enjoy the deliciousness of fro-yo. It's fantastic.

Found at 217 Florida Road, a visit to this place is pretty much a necessity.

Freedom

Recently I finished exams. I've got to tell you, it's the world's greatest feeling when the last exam has been written.

No studying.
No setting disgustingly early alarms.
No stress.

Just a whole lot of rotting my brain away with junk television.
Just call me me Couch Potato;)

I won't sleep in the same bed with a woman who thinks I'm lazy! I'm going right downstairs, unfold the couch, unroll the sleeping ba- uh, goodnight.
