Picture this: beautiful beaches spread out before you as you sip on a cold drink with your friends. In the sea, insanely talented surfers are ripping it up. Nothing but sun relaxation and good times. The daylight begins to disappear and you start to feel the anticipation for the evening. A concert that is boasting some of SA's top talents is on the line-up, two nights in a row. The stingy part of you is even more thrilled because miraculously, it's completely free.
This, dear people, is the Mr Price Pro held in Ballito. A surfing contest that runs from 2-8 July by day and home to two concerts by night held on the 6th and 7th. AHHHHHH I'm excited.
If you will be in Durban over this time, you need to be there. NEED.
Here's the concert line-up -
On Friday July 6: Gangs of Ballet will pave the way for Wonderboom, the Ard Matthews Trio, Shadow Club, aKing, Crash Car Burn and Flash Republic
and then on July 7: rising star Toya Delazy opens for Lloyd Cele, iscreamstix, Locnville, Pascal & Pearce, Goodluck and Dino Bravo
Time to send your party pants in for dry cleaning because they will be permanently on from 6-7 July! Yes!
